	SANDRA MORRISS NZDipBus Practice Manager Sandra joined Lellman Wearne mid 1996 bringing with her the experience and knowledge gained from a corporate and exporting background. It is important to Sandra that clients are well catered for at Lellman Wearne and that they feel they have received the very best service and advice available. Sandra's main area of interest and specialisation is taxation and payroll, although she also completes Financial and Management accounting, along with the myriad of other responsibilities she has as Practice Manager. Sandra considers our team to be a diverse group of individuals, whose skills and experience compliment each other, enabling Lellman Wearne to provide a vast range of specialised services. Sandra graduated with a NZ Diploma in Business Studies, majoring in accounting, in 1999.
	SHARON PEPPER BMS, CA Associate Sharon joined the team in 2000 following several years of overseas experience in the coporate sector. Prior to traveling overseas Sharon completed a Bachelor of Management Studies at the University of Waikato, then commenced her career with another accounting practice in Tauranga. Sharon was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in June 1997. Sharon's focus in the practice includes systems design and implementation; providing ongoing system support to clients as well as in house; Management and Financial reporting, and analysis and financial forecasting.
	JENNIFER ROSS BMS, ACA Consulting Accountant Jennifer came to Lellman Wearne with a predominantly corporate background, having worked as the Management Accountant for the Kiwifruit Marketing Board, Financial Accountant and later Financial Controller for TV3. The wealth of experience gained since graduating from Waikato University with a BMS in 1987 is put to good use at Lellman Wearne where Jennifer concentrates on system and quality projects both in house and for clients.
	MARIE BONNER Systems Implementation/Senior Accounting Clerk Marie joined Lellman Wearne in 2001 following a move to Tauranga from Whakatane, where she had worked in an accounting firm for the previous 10 years as a Senior Accounting Clerk. Marie has a strong Financial Accounting background and is currently studying towards the NZ Diploma in Business. Marie enjoys the challenge of implementing efficient systems and helping clients to understand their financial statements. After hours Marie enjoys fishing, gardening and cross-stitch.
	MEGAN TAYLOR Senior Accounting Clerk Megan joined the practice in 1997 bringing with her a solid history of accounting work, having worked in several accounting firms since 1980. Megan's main focus is on Financial and Management accounting and is currently studying towards a Diploma in Business.
	TANIA HARVEY NZDipBus Senior Accounting Clerk Tania, originally from Durban, joined the practice in 1994. Her main focus is in the area of Monthly Management Accounting for external clients. "While I enjoy the challenge of providing timely, accurate monthly Management accounts I also gain a great deal of satisfaction from the specific challenges I am faced with when I look at a situation, devise a suitable procedure to improve it, then implement that procedure." Tania holds a Diploma in Business Studies with an accounting major.
	MARIA GERNHOEFER Accounts and Payroll Clerk Due to her quiet and cool nature, Maria has a calming influence on the office. She enjoys all aspects of her position which at times can be extremely varied. Maria's main focus is on payroll but her Quickbooks, accounts payable and receivable experience makes her a vital link within the team. "I have learnt so many new tasks since I came to Lellman Wearne and am enjoying every single one of them. I enjoy being part of a great team and being able to tap into the vast knowledge base amassed by my colleagues."
	KERRIE TOWNES Accounts Clerk/Support Born in Waihi, Kerrie joined Lellman Wearne in 1999 as receptionist, but now concentrates on Quickbooks processing, Debtors and payroll support, along with administration support for external clients and in-house reception backup. Prior to joining Lellman Wearne Kerrie had worked in administration related roles for the previous 17 years.
	TRISH McCLYMONT Accounts Clerk/Support Trish is a foundation member of the support team having joined Lellman Wearne in the early 1990's. Trish's focus is on Quickbooks processing, manual cashbooks, Debtors, Creditors and maintenance of the practices database, as well as reception support. Trish says her best reward is the feeling of having done a solid day's work.
	VICKI WALLACE Administration Clerk Vicki is our Manager of First Impressions and lives up to the title with flair. Commuting from Maketu daily, Vicki manages to remain calm, organised and is a stranger to panic even when faced with tight deadlines. Vicki came to Lellman Wearne in early 2001 and was an instant hit with our clients and staff due to her "nothing is too much trouble" attitude and sense of humour. Vicki likes to focus on keeping both clients and colleagues happy. Prior to joining Lellman Wearne Vicki spent many years in administration roles within the Real Estate Industry and had completed a formal secretarial course.
	DION PIGOTT BCA, GradDipComm Accounting Clerk Dion, originally from New Plymouth, joined the team as a graduate in March 2002, having graduated from Victoria University early in 2002. Dion's focus is in the area of Annual Financial Accounting and Income Tax Returns, and enjoys being part of a cheerful motivated team where he is able to learn from the wealth of experience and knowledge available from within our team. Dion supplimented his university studies with part time work in a Wellington accounting practice.
	MARILYN NEWLANDS Accounts Clerk Marilyn is a very competent Quickbooks processor. Marilyn handles the day to day pressures with ease and a smile, and is also responsible for Creditors. Marilyn focuses on achieving a high standard of accuracy in her work. The NZ Society of Accountants, the Patent Attorneys office and a stock broking firm have all benefited from Marilyn's skills and experience. Outside of work Marilyn is a busy gardener and struggling golfer.
	ANN BAIRD NZDipBus, AT Senior Accounting Technician Ann joined the company in 2002 bringing a depth of experience from previous Chartered Accountancy firms. Ann's focus is on system implementation and training with ongoing support to clients through the provision of analysis, management and financial reporting. Ann graduated with a NZ Diploma in Business studies, majoring in accounting and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in May 2002.
	LEANNE MACDONALD NZDipBus Accounting Clerk Leanne joined Lellman Wearne Limited in November 2002, having previously worked in a not-for-profit environment for several years. She graduated with a New Zealand Diploma in Business with an Accounting Major in 1999. Her focus within the firm will be annual accounting and tax returns.
